Please note: Deposits paid via electronic transfers must be confirmed in 48 hours or booking will be canceled.

Check-in time is from 14h00 and before 20h00 – please make special arrangements if arriving later
Check-out time by 10h00.

• A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations.
• Upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, Loerie Gust Farm will confirm the reservation in writing.
• A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit or payment as required is not received by the due dates.
• Should any reservation be cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
     25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 28 days and less prior to arrival
     50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days and less prior to arrival
     75 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival
    100 % cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days and less prior to arrival or no show.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details. Loerie Guest Farm will refund the applicable amount within 30 days.
Please note low noise after 22h00 and no noise after 23h00.  All guests must consider other guests at all times.
